Tourboarding.com is the best place by far to stay with a family, help save money while not skimping on a cultural experience! You say there are other websites that have more users? This may be true (at least for now since tourboarding.com is fairly new), but tourboarding is much more organized, and less filled with annoying pop ups and spam.

I spent the last week staying with Rita Sun, now I want to be able to write a comment that will come up on her page saying what a good host she was, that the apartment was great and I had an excellent time.
It would be really good if this sort of feedback feature was available, then in future others will know if other people have had a good experience with this host.

With the help of Tourboarding, I met two nice people, Marion and Johannes a month ago. They taught me how to write articles and speak in English, in return, I taught them the poetry. I have learned more from them and I believed they were also satisfied with my teaching.We shared our feeling about the life, as well as the understanding about the beauty of different language. We were all so happy. Now they returned back. I wrote this note here as a mark of appreciation for their kindness.

Jack is a kind old man that teached us very well. When he lived in our home, my wife and I were happy to practice English with him and could get satisfactory answers if we had any question on English at any time. Jack told us many English jokes through which we learned and expienced Englishmen' humors a lot. My name is Jack and I come from Yorkshire in England.
I have now stayed with 2 Chinese families in Beijing and I can only describe the experience as fantastic!
I was going to stay in a hostel in Beijing but saw Tourboarding on the internet just 2 days before I was due to fly to China. I stayed at the hostel for a few days but it was not long before Cathy who works at Tourboarding had Chinese families contacting me. In fact so many I did not know who was who to begin with!
