Who started tourboarding?
The “tourboarding” concept was conceived and pioneered in 2009 by Ken Chen , Nuno Zhang in Shanghai and Cathy Tao in USA. The three founders have backgrounds in logistics management for Wal-Mart and Nike and information technology.
